Parking, Utilities, Useful Sites

(Also see Utilities, Deliveries, Parking)     Whether buying or selling you will want to contact all of the relevant utility companies/service providers when its time to transition.   The utilities seldom actually completely shut the service off the service for gas, water, sewer, electricity,  but simply transfer responsibility from the old owner to the new owner on the date that ownership changes.  PG&E or SFPUC don’t physically come out to the property but if the  property has been vacant for a long period of time PG&E will come out and light the pilot lights on any gas appliances for you.
